No need to deduct TDS in respect of Telehone charges.

in this case you have to bifergate the service amount & call charges amount.
then tax deduction will be only on service amount. Call charges is your reimbursement of exps from your clients. So you need not to deduct TDS on call charges.

According to me TDS willbe deducted under section 194C....as for this u will have a contract with the service provider.....and ur payment will exceed limits of Section 194C
If im wrong then do give me reasons for that
