i also face the problem of revised return my return is still process at CPC from 31-10-2012

Is there any phone number or complaint forum were i can drop my grievances against the TDS CPS...

The call centre number and the mail ID is given on the website.

I file a TDS revised return on 1st week of November still it is under process at CPC but within that time we will get notice from IT Office so we are not able to answer the IT noice and also to client. They won't believe us our client feel we didn't file a return. CPC is dead slow. In tin-nsdl it take only one week but cpc take months and months still they are not process. what shall we do? I can't explain to my client. we must know whether it is accepted or rejected?

I am thinking of blowing up the TDS CPC i have around 200 cases pending of individual returns becoz one pending TAN revised return.which was filed on 06/nov/2012..plus with year ending coming close the pressure will mount up......

i pray evrymorning the NSDL is brought back into functioning....

I think now site updated the revised returns upto Dec 2012 but form 16a  is still pending amount of TDS now credited to the deductees PAN number .

You can check with login to TDSCPC Id then go to TDS/TCS Credit option put there PAN Number of deductee and select related quarter and amount is refelected in their PAN Numbers.

We have filed a number of correction statements from Oct,12 at erstwhle NSDL which are not processed .Each time when check the status it shows "Under process at CPC. Don't know when the portal will become online !

@ Raman -- I just now checked the status of my revised returns it is still shown as UNDER PROCESS AT CPC...

i am thinking of filing the individuals returns without credit as i cannot wait any longer for the slow CPC to function better....May God have mercy on  my clients and let them have credit by the time CPC starts processing.. ...

My Dear,  You cannot file the return claiming TDS credit unless the credit is reflected in 26AS . there is no other option than  to wait for the system to become online .In recent conferance on TDS  organised by ASSOCHEM ,MR.T.R Shah CIT had promisied that the system at TDSCPC  will be become online by 15th Feb,2013. Let's hope so !

if 15th Feb is the date then i can file the returns and hold the ITRV for the said date so tht my work load is a bit lesser...

@ Rz's--  Firstly, check  your Clients Form 26As it may be now updated coz lots of revised returns filed upto 20/12/2012 is now updated but status shows still under process....

No sir ,I had checked in veiw tax credit option  .it still showing unmatched though we had filed correction statements in oct 12,nov,12 ,dec 12 & Jan 13.
