please Refer  Section  192  to  Section 206 AA   of the  Income  Tax act  1961   , TDS  on   Income  &  Expense  ans other  info  relating  to TDS . 

Generally TDS is required to be deducted on rental income, interest income, commission, brokerage, salary, contract , professional fee etc.

One may note that liability to deduct TDS and rate depends upon the type of payment done by the assessee.

I submitted 15 g form in bank last year in april. after submission bank deducted tds on bank fixed deposit. total interest on fd is above 50000 in case of Huf. should bank deducted tds after submission of form 15 g ?
So any Individual and HUF can submitform No. 15G. ... Only the individual orHUF, whose tax on the estimated income for the year is nil and the amount of interest income from all the sources does not exceed the minimum exemption limit, can submit this form.
