Flipkart charges commission from sellers on which the seller is required to deduct TDS @ 10% u/s 194H subject to the threshold of Rs. 5000. Further, TDS is required to be deducted on amount exclusive of service tax unless the bill charged doesn't specify the amount of service tax seperately.

Agree with Mayur. Excluding service tax amount (if not specified seprately) and u/s 94H @ 10%.

These sites are also charge for shipping and for these we have to deduct tds u/s 194C.
