I have a problem. please suggest me about the deduction of Tax. I am doing the payment of one of my client based on Turkey in relation to defect goods received by him.wheather we should deduct TDS or not on it. thanks in advance.

if the goods are supplied by you and found defective then its compensation money, no TDS applicable, provided u have documentary evidence for the transaction history and survayor's report for rejection,
