I have a query regarding TCS. We are a manufacturor and we sold our goods to a AOP, but we issued invoice on only one person name. He provide us AOP's Pan.
my query is Can we issue a TCS certificate to the AOP?

u people did a mistake yaar,
u got he aop pan,u people issued the invoice on one person name,
soooo u have to take that person PAN and issue the TCS on that one person name, (or)
if u wanna issue the TCS on AOP u may issue the invoice on AOP
this is the process for TCS.
on which name u issued the invoice from him only u can collect the tax
