TCS on salary credited to NRO account

Dear All,

Currently i am working for a company in India and getting my salary credited to my NRO account. I am currently living in foreign country. The employer is deducting TDS from my salary and only the remaining is credited as salary to my account.

Only recently i converted my savings account to NRO account as i choose to live abroad most of the time this year. My question is will the employer have to pay additional TCS for crediting over 7 lakhs to my account as salary?

Thank you in advance!

Best regards
