Dear Mr. Sandeep, Unless the State relating to which the question is related no proper answe can be given. However, in Assam the said turnover of Rs. 40 Lacs is excluding of VAT. You mau g through the definitions of 'turnover','gross turnover' & 'Sale Price'.
