Taxation of NPS

Hey as per recent changes now SBI Bank (PSU) is giving 14% of salary as employer contribution towards NPS.

Employer contribution towards NPS is exempt with below condition:-

(a) fourteen per cent, where such contribution is made by the Central Government;

(b) ten per cent, where such contribution is made by any other employer,

of his salary in the previous year

So my question is weather contribution towards NPS by PSU will be fully exempt-(14%) or only 10%.
