i m Advocate. i am earning 3,00,000/- Per Annum. on Rs 3,00,000/- my compny cut TDS. But i want to get back all TDS as Refund. what should i do ? P>

i suppose you are getting professional fees from the co. you can prepare your personal income and expenditure an that you can claim expenses for rendring professional services and even you can invest 100000/- and get deduction u/s 80c so you can minimise your tax..
