Any Tax Implication on Employer and/or Employee on the Reimbursement of relocation charges agianst the bills at the time of joining of the employee
It may attract FBT
what if I have reimbursed the relocation expenses, joining bonus etc and company had deducted FBT, now i do not fulfill the term to stay back now i have to return the amount i reimbursed back to employer in this case will i get back the FBT amount that is deducted?
Please can any body suggest the effect of relocation expenses
