Hi,
I was with an organization from Aug 2000 to Aug 2007. The PF was managed by a trust over there. I did not get my PF transferred to my new organization and there is no PF deducted from my salary in my current organization (working since Aug 2007). Here are my queries:
- Can I withdraw PF from my previous organization
- Will I have to pay any tax for the withdrawn amount

As per my knowledge withdrawal from PF is Not Taxable

If u withdrawn the PF amount then it taxable because during the working period you cann't withdraw the PF amount.
