What do you mean by tax exemptions? they are the assets and you are entitled to claim depreciation on them.

Software devlopment company wants to purchase Laptops to use in devlopment of Software. such company while purchasing Laptops or desktops the saller will put Tax on such sale. such tax , can we get the tax off on purchase?
