Tax evasion in trust & political party

This is not a forum for discussing Tax evasion methods or money laundering methods. If you are asking from an academic angle, there are so many other websites whihc discuss these. If you are asking from a practitioner's angle, I think it is anti national to even think in those lines. The CA fraternity prides itself as "PARTNERS IN NATION BUILDING". We should help our clients plan their tax rather than evade them. In fact it would be our professional duty to disassociate ourselves from any kind of tax evasion methods.
