ideally it will be charged under profession fees u/s 194J , tax will be deduced @ 10 %

Sir,
I have query related to TDS .
a ) if various tds deduction behalf of private company in month and pay there challan next of 7th before due date. example ,Office Rent ,Job Work done by contractor ,creditor payment against invoice.
b) is separate breakup made for tds deposit in excel .
c) How to show the balance form excel sheet at the time of tds return file . what are important key note use for following return.
d)Please provide me any excel format which help me to under stand concept of tds deduction amount and challan genrate
