Quick Summary
If your current tax auditor is unable to conduct the audit due to ill health, you can indeed change them. The process typically involves obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your previous auditor, which your new auditor can help facilitate. It's important to follow professional ethics and compliance guidelines set by bodies like the ICAI when making this change.
