Dear Friends,
I have a query relating to Tax Audit report upload to Authority.
As new fomate of 3CD applicable from 25th July 2014.
But my query is if audit report already signed before 25th july but not upload at site. So now what should to do ?shall have to change report or submitted the same but if not allowed on site to upload what to do ?.

it is advisable to prepare new 3CD bocz old 3CD will not be uploaded.
Will have to prepare 3CD in new format & upload the same, old 3CD irrelevent now.

Yes, will have to prepare new Form 3CD
ALso, 3CD already uploaded in old format has been withdrawn by the departmnent
