Tax Audit is applicable to persons whose business turnover exceeds rs. 40 laks per year and for professional persons who professional receipts exceeds rs. 10 laks per year. and to verify the tax compliances and reporting the same in form 3cd and should be audited by CA along with his audit report expressiing his opinion on the financial results.
