As an individual properietor who was supposed for tax audit has not filed his return on the relevant due date, what is the maximum time period allowed to file the tax audit return, whether the TDS deducted can be claimed even after the end of the relevant financial year ???

If the return is not filed before the due date the return can be filed by 31.03.2015. Tds would be allowed in the return.  If you cant take the benifit of TDS this year it would be carried forward to next year as per the recent amendment.

IF your turnover exceeds rs. 1 cr. then you have to get audited your books of accounts compulsary by  a practising CA .  you can file your ITR  before 30. september.
