I want to know what will the tax applicability in Karnatak for Supply, Installation and AMC of Kiosk system. Will it be only VAT or will attract Service Tax too?
For supply and installation of machinery it is treated as works contract and liable for Both VAT and Service tax.
For AMC it is only Service tax (assumed that pure labour service)
