Tanzania! a focus market country?

Hi Friends,

I Would like to know if Tanzania comes under the FOCUS MARKET SCHEME.
ive already downloaded TABLE 3 AND 6  OF APPENDIX -37D, FOR MLFPS  as advised by Mr. RAMESH KUMAR VERMA.

But there is a lot of confusiong regarding the above mentioned country.

If i could get clarity on it i would be grateful to you all & ofcourse to you as well Mr.Ramesh.
