TAN certificate download

Go to the below url of the Income tax website, enter your TAN details. You will get OTP and after submitting, you will get a pdf of your TAN certificate.

Know your TAN

• Click on  https://www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
• Click on the option Know your TAN
• Click on Select Name under the Tan Search option
• Select the Category of Deductor
• Select State
• Give Name
• Give the registered mobile number and select the option Continue
• GIve the OTP that you received on the registered mobile number
• Select the option Validate
• Get the pdf print of it

The steps to download your TAN certificate online:

• Go to the NSDL TIN website and select the option for TAN under the 'Services' tab.
• Select the 'Application Type' as 'TAN-New/ Change Request'.
• Enter the 'Acknowledgement Number' that you received when you applied for your TAN.
• Enter the captcha code shown on the screen and click on 'Submit'.
• Your TAN status will be displayed on the next page.
• Scroll down the page and look for the statement that says 'Click here to download your TAN Allotment Letter'. Click on that link to download your TAN certificate.
