I am using tally7.2 i have a query about tally7.2 ledger export

can i export particular or single ledger by tally7.2 for reuse to other or same company

can i import particular or single ledger by tally7.2 for reuse from other or same company

or else you can follow the following steps:

1) Export all masters first,

2) Open Daybook and Press Alt+F12 and in that you select ->Ledger Name->containting-><ledger name required by you>->accept (in short i can say you filter the ledger required by yo)

3) and export daybook to *.xml format.

4) You will have your thing done without doing editing work after export.

I want to ask one question, I entered some entries in a particular ledger(exp.) but when I saw the closing balance of that particular ledger, it is increased by Rs. 500/- and cash is decreased by Rs. 500/- at the end of the year and there were not shown any entry in that particular ledger and/or cash book

And is there any hidden entry in the tally7.2?

No, There is no hidden entry in Tally.

How to Selected text copy paste ?

i want to print cheque through tally? bank- J&K Bank. please tell the settings or dimensions for j&K bank

FOR CHEQUE PRINTING

PRESS F11 THEN F1 SET YES TO ENABLE CQ PRINTING OPTION

AND FILL THE ALL INFORMATION THEN SAVE.  AFTER EACH ENTRY

OF PAYMENT U WILL GET CHEQUE PRINTING OPTION THEN SELECT YES/NO.
