Tally 9- exchange rate trouble !

Plz help me in this...

Am using TALLY 9 with MULTI Currency.
and kept usd $ currency as my second currency !

-> After doing transactions of multi currency and inputting exchange rate as per the day... at the end of year am NOT getting the exact amount as per the prevailing exchange rate.

For example.
When I open the multi currency ledger Cash a/c and press f12-show only forex !
The forex amount, doesnt match with the primary amount.

Did you get me ?
Or should I send you screen pictures, maybe youll understand !

Plz tell me by screen shot or suitable example then i can sort out your query with proper way.........it seem to be minor mistakes in your exchange rate! .... so at least, you do edit in the Exchange rate......!

I am also getting simliar problem in multi currency, When contact Tally Customer Care, They gave me alternative ways to handle the issue.

Steps to Resolve:

Review the entries: Go to Display → Account Books → Ledger → Forex Gain/Loss and drill down to see which transactions are contributing to the balance.
Correct the vouchers: Open the vouchers where currency was missing or wrong and reselect the correct foreign currency with accurate rate.
If needed, reverse incorrect entries and re-enter them properly.
You can also pass a Journal Voucher to manually write off or adjust the forex gain/loss balance, if it's confirmed as an error.

To prevent this in the future, always ensure:

Multi-currency is enabled.
Correct currency is selected in ledger and voucher.
Proper exchange rates are used.
