Tally 9 error

hi can any one help me

i am unable to open a data of a company brought from another computer where tally 9 is used .In my computer tally 9 educational is loaded .while attempting to open it shows the following message:-

Existing Tally! Incorrect version.

Data of INCORRECT ver (9).

Before chosing the company at tally opening page press alt + clr + R It will ask for chosing company select that company and press Y for rewriting And u can open the data in existing tally version
