Dear Bhargav,
Open Tally Package -- Select Company -- ALT + F3 -- Alter -- Select Company -- Go to Maintain -- Change it to Accounts only.

Just a guess, haven't tried this.
Rewriting data might obsolete the Stock entries and clean your Data.
