Friends plz help me, let me know is there any change in the syllabus of Audit for may 2015, specially i have a doubt in CARO 2003 whether it will continue old one or new CARO is applicable of companies Act 2013, and what about section 227.

CARO not applicable for MAY 2015 & all Onwards attempts.
You can take the New Jan 2015 Edition of PM of ICAI & Check the Detailed Sylbs from there. You may visit the ICAI site & you will get to see even there

CARO 2003 is not applicable for MAY 2015 attempt. New CARO hasn't been notified yet.
