yes.....thats what the ca regulations have said.
it's only on paper..
icai is not considering this clause..
principal has to submit an application stating misbehaviour(with proper justification) than only icai will consider it.. but again there is no guarantee of approval...
so think twice before applying for transfer...
and dont ask your principal to sign form 109 untill you get approval for transfer..

Yar regulation ke hisab to bahut kuch ho sakta hai. misbehave ko proof karna tough hai.tension mat lo sorry bol kar kam suru kae do.
As far as "proving" misbehaviour is concerned, I don't think that should be a problem for a principal. One should keep in mind that in the eyes of our Institute, members are gods and students are just annoying trouble-makers.
Agreed with Aditya... Its we, who can get problem in proving our boss's misbehaviour... But for our bosses, its not at all that difficult
