we have filed form DIR 5 for Surrender of used DIN before one months and now it's status is pending for ROC report.
question is whether wait for ROC report or do compounding, if so what is Procedure and what documents will be required for it ????
Please reply if someone dealt with same problem.

Dear Ma'am, since u already filed form DIR 5 n its pending for ROC reports... U have to wait for d reports.
DIN once used for appointment in any LLP or company can not be surrendered
Then how I can file form DIR 3 KYC of Director as it shows error of surrender New DIN and then file form....???
I have similar case but thr was no such error.. I did kyc with old DIN and now applying for surrender of new DIN
U would have done... Before d due date of filing of DIR 3 KYC.... So only.. U didnot face errror...
