Supplymental LLP agreement

If we are changing the LLP agreement means, is it enough to get signature only from designated partners or it is required to get signature from all the partners in Supplymental deed. Or

Is there is any specific reason where only DP'S are enough sign or whenever we are changing the LLP AGREEMENT all the partners are required to sign.
Kindly clarify this.

The initial agreement is to be signed by all the partners of the llp.

ln the same vein all the Partners shall sign the Supplementary deed as well.

This is because the partnership has been entered into with consent of all parties with their signature appended to it. So any change to the deed will require their signature as well.
