Whether supplementary trust deed are registered with the sub registrar ? If the sub-registrar denied to register that supplimentary deed what will be the remidies and how this is to be registered?

you have to draft the entire clauses again and ask the registrar to register it. He never refuses the same. Generally the registrars refuse to register the supplementary deeds, which is not correct.
