Dear all,
I wsh to knw if there is any specific time limit for infusion of funds related to the subscriptttion done on signing of the memorandum???
Also what sections into the Companies Act deal with this??

There is not any time limit but its customary on the part of the company to show the subscripttion money as early as possible. After opening bank account the subscripttion money should be deposited.
