Sub user under Eway bill

The sub-user ID is created by adding a suffix to the main user ID without any underscore. Therefore, the correct option is 2. SKLIND_123SUB. The suffix can be any alphanumeric value of up to 3 characters. You can also check the availability of the sub-user ID before creating it4.

To create a sub-user, you need to follow these steps124:

Click on ‘Create Sub-user’ under the ‘User Management’ option on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
Enter the OTP that is sent to your registered email ID/mobile number and click on ‘Validate’.
Enter the details on the ‘User Creation’ screen, such as the sub-user ID, name, designation, mobile number, email ID, and the access rights you want to assign to the sub-user. You can also select whether the sub-user can generate e-Way Bills for all the offices or for a particular office.
Click on ‘Submit’. The system will create a sub-user and display a message with the password for the sub-user.
You can also update, freeze, or change the password of the sub-user using the ‘User Management’ option2
