Sub: Relaxation in eligibility to appear in CA Final Examination for PCE and IPCE candidates
The students who desire to appear in the Final Examination to be held in May 2011 and onwards hereby informed that a relaxation has been provided under relevant Regulation with regard to their articleship training as under:-

“ a candidate who is otherwise eligible to appear in the Final Examination shall not be required to be in service of articles/audit training on the first day of the month in which the final examination is held. However, such relaxation shall be confined only to first of such permissible examination (i.e., the Final Examination in which a student shall become eligible to appear in the Final Examination for the first time only but not thereafter), irrespective of whether he is from the stream of Professional Education Examination – II(PEE-II) or Professional Competence Examination(PCE) or Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE) under the provisions of Regulation 29 C of the Chartered Accountants Regulations 1988.”

It may be noted that in the Application Form for May 2011 Final Examination, it was mentioned that the aforesaid benefit is applicable to candidates who had passed Professional Education Examination – II (PEE- II) Examination. With the above decision, all candidates (PCE as well IPCE) are eligible to get this benefit.

may be one sentence is missing in the announcement !!! GOD ONLY KNOWS. Plain reading says " those who cleared PE2,IPCC,PCC may appear for MAY11 only. But again Articleship comes into picture when they say " those who are otherwise eligible !!"???/

i am also confuse,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, what exactly its meaning???????????

samaj nhi aa raha hai kya likha hai

Joined Articleship training on 10-09-2008 under M/s Jain Mohit & Associates........till 14-07-2010, i worked there with full loyalty and honesty.......but he hasn't paid me any stipend. Moreover, he get CAsh voucher signed 4m me 4 stipend to save his skin. he also used to disallow ma request 4 leave 4 ma exams.....SO  due to this misunderstanding wid ma CA, i get Form No.109 signed 4m him 4 termination as on 14-07-2010 n send d same to d institute along wid form No.102 & 103. but Institute didnt make any response as it ws not acceptable according to recent announcement dated 3rd july,2009 dat a student first ve to get permission for termination 4m institute through correspondence on valid grounds mentioned under relevant provisions of Termination of articleship. So after that i contacted ma CA so many times to restart the procedure in a ryt way bt he didnt responded well......n till now, its being near about 8 months, i didnt go to my office n now i want termination......According to ma CA, m terminated 4m his office with effect from 14-07-2010........Now ma question is wat shud i do to get termination 4m ma Firm n is there any possibility to save dese last eight months...i m js worried abt wat wud Institute do if i inform it abt dese 8 months absence 4m ma office..........plz suggest........
1. wat shud i inform ma institute.
2. how to get termination........i ve ol d knowledge of termination provisions ..............plz help me sir.....     hope i ll get ur valuable suggestion soon...

Means, one need not be under articleship to fill the form, if it is his/ her first attempt, if he/ she is eligible on other grounds, like last year/ 6 months of articleship, i.e. he/ she is not under service by way of termination, not yet sending forms for supplementary or fresh registration under another CA in case of excess leave, etc.

This is for people whose articleship is not complete.
