Students proves poor against Mr. Uttamj !

Our ICAI President knows wat is best for us. And if he takes some decision he will take only for our good. And transfers restrictions is good according to me. You said to be frank so I am.

just go through the forumn regarding how the students have to face hardships then u can automatically know the restiction is good from the view point of studennts or not !!!!!!!!!!!!1

There is lot of innocent students have already suffered a lot because of Mr.uttam's new rules.he don't feel the pain of that students,because he don't want to know the them. he can create his rules and let them suffer and all the saddist members will enjoy their sufferings.

today's child is the future of tommorrow. they play their games we will be the victims of this.

I have a humble request - articles are not slaves of principals.they are human, they have emotions.please show some humanity to them.If i personnely say i have suffered a lot.

All students humbly requesting to the institute to take off the termination rules

all students who r against uttam prakash, they can rejoice uttamji will be replaced this year as the president....!

I completely buy your point actually Tranfer rules should be relaxed for the benefit for the students. May be they could be ceiling limit on transfers during a entire articles period and may be in a year as well.

If there is a geniune cause, Institute should allow transfers. After all a student/person cannot be forced to work against his will.

even i hv to face the same problm.... i want to take transfer bt was not able due to Mr uttam agarawl's new innovative concept of restriction on transfer.... i was not able to get better opportunity due to this....poor students...

now all hopes on new president

I ALSO KNOW THAT TRANSFER RULES ARE A RESTRICTION ON OUR LIFE. I MEAN ARTICLESHIP IS A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN EMPLOYER AND ARTICLE. ICAI SHOULD NOT RESTRICT IT BY MAKING RULES.

perhaps preethi might be the pet of her principal.she may not be facing the hrdles of articleship.lucky indeed.please be more empathetic preethi.not every student is in your situation.please take a look over the forrum of this site regarding articleship.99% of the students post that they are facing problems with the rules of the president.such a protest from the mases can reveal that justice is with the students.

i dont know whether u are of the belief that the members would take a look over this forum.if so, your post would count much.your intention for flattering the members and president would bring you tonnes of previlages in future.u may become the president or atleast  a centrl council member.may god help you with your ambitions.

If you are thinking I am happy with my present principal then sorry vikram no. and I am not interested in flattering president or member. I dont need any privileges. My only ambition is to clear and become a chartered accountant. I dont have much scope in our office too. I just said that mr.uttamji is right because i think if we work under same principal we will become expertise in particular aspect. And sorry to all if it had hurted anyone
