A small doubt, if anyone can clarify.......
V get cases in DT in the students journal every month.....so are this included in the recent case laws issued by the institute or in the rtp or any where else???please if u can give me clarity on this........

Depends on the date. For May 12 exams cases till Oct 31st 2011 only applicable,
my question is will they be added in recent case laws or rtp issued by the institute or not?
Again it depends on the importance of the case both practically and in exam point of view. There is no hard & fast rule that these cases will be incorporated in the case laws book.
