Stuck at gst registration please help

I am stuck at State Jurisdiction Sector / Circle / Ward /Charge / Unit and Center Jurisdiction 

Commissionerate Code, Division Code and Range Code. I have no clue what to fill here. I don't have VAT/Service Tax certificate to look for this information. Did try Uttar Pradesh VAT website but it also has no information. Please help

There is no link on GST registration page for STATE JURISDICTION

If taxes paid previously, it will be mentioned in Acknowledgement Certificate as well as you can try to find on income tax or aces website via pan also

I have figured out the Central one, but no clue of state jurisdiction code. Since I am new dealer, I don't have VAT etc to look for info.

Then what you can do is reach out to the nearest applicable govt offices. Also check out the video tutorials on GST website, which might help.
