I have a pvt limited company which has no revenue and operations since 3 years. The owners wish to close it through Strike off procedure. all the formalities and returns have been filed and fulfilled. However, the company is still paying TDS and so due to the receipt of TDS returns every year, it is getting difficult for the bank account to be closed.
what is the remedy available under it?

You might be incurring some fixed expenses on which TDS is being deducted. You have to liquidate all the Assets and Liabilities fully.
