Strike off
My question is if a subsidiary company is getting strike off so is there any compliance on the part of holding company towards roc? I. e. post strike-off

Holding company shall also have to file the strike off of subsidiary company with Registrar
Thanx for your reply. Do you mean that holding company is also required to file STK-2
Only Subsidiary company should file STK 2 form
