Will somebody please explain me what actually, ethinic mix means(in simple language)?

What do understand by ethnic mix?

Answer:-

Ethinic mix reflects the changes in the ethnic make up of a population and has implications both for a company’s potential customers and for the workforce. Issues that should be addressed include:

What do changes in the ethnic mix of the population imply for product and services design and delivery?

Will new products and services be demanded or can extimg ones be modified?

Managers prepared to manage a more culturally diverse workforce?

How can the company position itself to take advantage of increased workforce heterogeneity?

Ethinic mix reflects the changes in the ethnic make up of a population means differnt kinds of people(An ethnic group is a group of people who share a common heritage. They may share the same language, culture, religion, and/or ideologies. mix of ethnic group is called ethnic mix) living in a same society. India is the best exampe having ethnic mix of population.

therefore org shall consider the changes and customs in ethnic mix and make the changes in their products or they modify their existing products according to the ethnic mix
