Strange letter from icai

Bro It might be the case that u Filled & Submitted wrong form to the institute or else if everything was ok from ur side then try to talk to the concerned authorities of the ICAI showing the copy of the form u have submitted confirming the fault at ICAI side & i  hope u will find ur problem solved at the earliest

I Believe that ICAI will make the necessary change if the mistake is on its part but i also think that if it is from ur part then u might have to work a little more harder to get it sorted
