Strange case of articleship-please help

As you said you termination is not accepted by institute, it means your articleship is conitnue with your first employer so Now fill new form 108 for articleship completion and then you also eligible for Nov.12 final examination. Reply for further doubt if any.

thank u Jha sir, can u pls tell me if i have to pay any penalties for not intimating the institute about my continuation of articleship with the same firm during my fresh 108 form filing as you said???!!!

I dont think you need to pay any for this but i think your articleship already completed in September 2011???? If I m right the you may need to pay late fine for delay in submission of 108 and need to complete other formalaties.

Actually when i  checked my articleship status with the institue link, it is showing that vacancy is available against me and my termination is pending for want of documents.

what does that mean??!! and please tell me if the institue will ask me any reasons for the delay. and will i have to face any problems with the institute(probability??!!)

Form 108 should be submitted to the office of the Institute within 30 days. In case of delay in filing 

the form beyond the stipulated period, it has to be accompanied by a request for condonation and 

appropriate condonation fee as per the following schedule: 

(i) Delay upto 30 days beyond the initial period  Rs.    100/- 

(ii) Delay between 31 days & 180 days      Rs.    300/- 

(iii) Delay beyond 181 days                 Rs. 1,000/

This letter is only for a formality sake...you can mention any valid reason for delay

i completed my articleship on 4/3/2012 but due to some reason was not able to submit form 108 till 4th oct 2012.

i submitted CA final nov 2012 exam before filing form 108

and i have got extension period to serve which i have not yet registered so will i be allow to appear for Nov 2012 exam????

IF you have excess period TO BE SERVED, to be eligible to apper in the exams,  the candidate should be SERVING the excess period of leave if any...I dont think you can appear without getting registered..
