How to prepare stock transfer Invoice to branches (Other state) please guide me

As I have knowledge, Stock is despatched through Excise Challan in case of Excisable Goods & in other cases through Challan which should have Qty, Goods Specificaions, Approx. Value, Despatch Terms like FOR, EXW, Transporters Name, Destination etc.
