We are dealing in Medical Devices and sometimes Demonstrate our devices in various hospitals
so please guide how to book same in Tally so that i can keep record for same as demo unit comes back in 2-3 days and sometimes in 7days or so.

Stock transfer and demo

You should create a separate Godown for those units send for demonstration.
Use a Stock Transfer journal to transfer the stock from your main Godown to Demonstration Godown.
When it comes back reverse the same.
