Stipend paid by the Audit firm for Articleship

Hello, i am doing CA from chennai. The stipend varies according to the firm's size. The big 4 offer upto 6000 to 8000 pen month as workload's high. Otherwise mid size firms offer about 2-3 000 per month for your first year.

Minimum stpend payable for a fresher as per ICAI guidelines is rs 1000

stipend is depend on institutes provisions n your firm size.

i work in a not so big firm with stipend 1500 and at the end of the day i feel that they are just taking advantage of a semi qualified student as im a cheap labour.

this is the point when i burn up inside
