I am currently an articles assistant. I am not receiving my stipend correctly from my principal. Is there there any problem to me while completion from ICAI, like what if ICAI ask for bank statement and considering my articleship as dummy etc..

Not receiving properly meaning you are not receiving stipend to timely or reduction in stipend amt without any reason?
In such case, you can make a complain against your principal to ICAI.
If any other reason, please elaborate the reason.
And yes, bank details are asked on completion of articleship. If any discrepancy found by ICAI, bank statements may be asked and inquire about the stipend details and work diary.
If I do so I may face some pressure from my principal in other manner like work issues etc..
No, refer regulation 67 of ICAI guidelines to impart practical training to articled assistants.
But make sure you have maintained work diary to support your stand to the ICAI.

Seriously think first over this issue... It will be better if you once clearly talk with your principal....
No sir, if I do something like communicating this issue, my principal may put pressure by other way like over reacting for small issues etc..
How much period is left for your articleship completion?
If its just completed less than a year, go for transfer of articleship.
You need not be afraid. You need to be strong and tough and getting your stipend is your right.
Be professional and act professional. You have chosen a professional career. So you cannot let go things which is your right.
I have asked for Stipend and after that I heard that my principal is trying to skip that by saying that 'isko work nahi aata' like things to my colleague article assistants... Everything is fine before I asked for my Stipend. That's why I was scared. Those words are really hurting me badly. If I work badly then pointing finger at me is acceptable but these kind of words are really hurting when we put full efforts on our work..
I think you should complain ICAI regarding your principal. If you are working regularly, then that should not be a problem. Mistakes do happen. But this is not the reason to withhold your stipend.

Dear first of fall your not doing job OK don't worry abt it and you directly say to your principal sir I am doing training not job OK .... All the best I am not earn laks of rupee to pointer and shouting and simply ... If any dought you ask ten times of your query this authority given to our icai okk dont worry abt it just ....

It's the responsible of principal to give stipend on monthly basis, if not, he is guilty of professional misconduct, you don't worry abt that.
