Stipend internship

Hi,

We are a UAE based firm and are considering hiring a candidate as Intern in India. We will pay him Stipend of 12,000 through my personal India account.

Is above appropriate? How else can we pay him to avoid any complications.

I think, it will be treated as your employee; firm may not be able to get its deduction.
