I want to know for which leave employer deduct stipend? I am going for my ITT training for 1 month. Are employer deduct my Stipend because this leave is not react as leave it is a part of training. Thanks In advance....

No ITT training is a part of training,so you will get your stipend....................
Actually u should get full stipend, Better u take permission from ur employer and choose a batch which meets ur time requirements...
