Is there any difference in the payment of Stipend of a student who has completed its inter????

no brother,the stipend fixed by ICAI is for articles in general not for inter pass or cpt pass :(
Current Rate of Stipend is:
During 1st Year of articleship- Rs.1000/-
During 2nd Year of articleship- Rs.1250/-
During remaing period- Rs.1500/-
The above rates are to be doubled but approval of Central Govt is awaited.
The proposed rates are :
During 1st Year of articleship- Rs.2000/-
During 2nd Year of articleship- Rs.2500/-
During remaing period- Rs.3000/-
