Steps for solving Holding Co & Amalgamation problems

Hi,

Basically I am looking out for some notes-Accounts-CA Final OLD Course Holding Co & Amalgamation chapter, whereby detailed steps are giving of how about to go n solve problems for each type of adjustments.

By this, I can summarize during exams and it will be easy for me to start solving sums...

As i am working and really dont have lots of time to make notes

Hi, I need to know all the required steps in detail, for solving sums, for each and every type of adjustments in Holding Co (i.e, Consolidation of financial statements) so that I can start solving problems rightaway. I am also looking for a large collection of tough and comprehensive problems/sums on Holding Co and Amalgamation, for ample practice for the final. Please help.
